Original passport, visa, Emirates ID
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Developer.
No objection certificate (NOC) from Dubai Land Department.
Birth certificate (for gifting to children).
Marriage certificate (for gifting to wife or husband).
Letter from the court (still in relationship husband/wife).
Land Department Fees
0.125% from the evaluation (It should be not less than 2,000 AED) + 20 AED.
Afnan Fees
3,500 AED if the price of the property less than 2,000.000 AED
5,000 AED if the price of the property equal or more than 2,000.000 AED.
