One cheque on the name of bank in the debt amount.
One cheque on the name of seller of remaining amount.
One cheque on the name of Dubai Land Department in regards to transfer fee.
Land Department Fees
4 % of selling price + ( AED 580 If Flat or Villa) or + (40 AED If off plan) or + (430 AED If Land).
1520 AED for entering the transaction blocking service (Cash).
4,000AED if the price of the property equal or more than 500,000AED.
2,000 if the price of the property less than 500,000AED.
